Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Address and resolve customer queries/issues with empathy and accuracy
Provide detailed product/service information and support
Maintain records of customer interactions
Work efficiently in a rotational shift environment
Must possess good English communication skills

Excellent verbal communication in English (other languages are a plus)
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
